One of the highlights of your stay at this estate is the pampering attention of our dedicated staff. Dedicated to ensuring your time in residence is pure pleasure, our 4-person, full-time staff is available to you. Our English-speaking House Manager and his wife live on premises, in a separate bungalow located at the back of the property. Therefore they are always on hand to attend to your requests, yet unobtrusive, in a separate facility from the main residence.

This spectacular estate boasts five bedrooms, (one 2,000 SF Grand Master Suite, two spacious oceanfront Master Suites, and 2 Garden Casitas with ocean views), 5 fully appointed bathrooms, and 2 half-bathrooms.

Bedroom 1
Master Bedroom Suite - Exceptionally spacious, this indulgent king suite has a romantic sitting area, broad balcony complete with telescope, and an over sized bathroom with sofa, and private massage area.

Bedroom 2
Upper Level King Bedroom Suite - This tranquil upper level king bedroom suite offers ocean views, and features cozy sitting areas indoors, and on the outdoor balcony.

Bedroom 3
Lower Level Bedroom Suite - There's a breezy, beachy feel to this lower level queen bedroom suite, with doors that fully open to an outdoor deck with hammock.

Bedroom 4
Casita King Bedroom - Private, yet connected to the main gathering areas, enjoy ocean views, and an over sized bath, with indoor and outdoor shower, and private garden with lounge style seating area.

Bedroom 5
Casita Double Bedroom - There is a view to the ocean as well as jungle gardens from this suite with two double beds. A spacious bath offers an indoor and outdoor shower as well as a full size bathtub.

All bedrooms have a private bath as well as air conditioning.

Rates do not include security deposit, food, beverage, and outside vendor charges.

The rate includes the use of 5 bedrooms, serviced by onsite staff. All meals, snacks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be charged at direct cost plus 5% service charge. All food, beverage and long distance phone services are billed and deducted from the security deposit. All other third party items and services, including massage, nannies, dry-cleaning, etc. are to be paid upon the providing of those services.
