This exquisite rental property combines outdoor living with comfortable air-conditioned indoor spaces. It features four spacious, marble-floored bedrooms, each with a distinctive layout. Our 5th bedroom with private bathroom and shower is designed for children or your Nanny. It is a unique loft space with two individual beds and a truly special private deck just for kids.

For guests requiring even more bedding, our amazing downstairs also doubles as a private bedroom with king bed or two individual beds. Just let us know in advance and the bedding and luxurious linens will be awaiting your arrival. The theme is fun and at this villa you can have as few or as many family members or guests as you like and it will be a guaranteed great time full of memories!

Our exclusive oceanfront home comes equipped with surfboards, kayaks, boogie boards, foot paddle boats and a small boat which can be launched right out in front of the house. Our experienced captain is with you all day to take you out for a private trip to nearby secret surf spots or along the magnificent coastline for a nice sunset cruise. You can even be dropped off at secluded coves with wine and cheese and he will come back hours later for your return.

The exceptional master bedroom offers walk in closet, two indoor showers, Jacuzzi, TV, DVD and sound system. All bedrooms feature private terraces and custom art pieces from local artists. Room amenities include embroidered bathrobes and towels, deluxe bath amenities, hair dryer, fresh fruit and flowers.

Our wine cellar and smoking room, the favorite of the villa’s architect and designer, is a cozy underground hideaway, built primarily of stone. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a cigar and a fine late night cognac. There is also a media room for reading, watching movies, or playing our selection of table games.

The gourmet kitchen offers prime views of the pristine blue ocean. And our accomplished in house chef will prepare delicious authentic Mexican dishes and drinks for your enjoyment throughout your stay. Or enjoy our intimate Palapa for grilling and al fresco dining.

Romantic night swims are encouraged at in our sparkling lighted pool. There are also surfboards, kayaks and snorkeling equipment available for you to take full advantage of our sun-filled days. Or, to get a feel for the area, we invite you to drive around and visit other beaches or the Punta Mita Residents Beach Club.

Villa personnel will be on call to assist you with any need you have during your stay. We can make arrangements for any outdoor activities, including private boat trips, whale watching trips (in season), golf and tennis (at the Four Seasons Resort) horseback riding tours, massages, shopping tours in Puerto Vallarta, or whatever you desire.

Villa Amor rents for a minimum of 4 nights, except for Holiday Season when 7 nights minimum applies. Rates include a full service staff, but do not include meals or drinks. Maids, chef, chef’s assistant and maintenance person, our trained and friendly staff will take very good care of you and make sure you have a wonderful holiday; daily cleaning and concierge service will be provided.
